Refund Policy

• Up to 7 days before the program start date: Full refund of the paid amount will be processed.
• From 6 days before the program start date up to 1 day before the start: Refund will be processed after deduction of 18% GST.
• Within the first 7 days after the program start date: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• After 7 days from the program start date: No refund will be applicable under any circumstances.

Procedure to Withdraw Registration

1. Send a withdrawal request via email to air@iiita.ac.in using your registered email ID.
2. Clearly mention:
   • Your Full Name
   • Registration Category
   • Transaction / Payment Reference Number
   • Reason for withdrawal
3. The AIR Team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed after internal verification and settlement procedures.
